This seat is made for your comfort
Let your worries float away as you sink into your World Business Class seat. Whether you want to grab some sleep or catch up on work, you will arrive at your destination relaxed and feeling fit as a fiddle. The transformation of our entire fleet to the new World Business Class is almost done. We already implemented the new full-flat seats in the interiors of all Boeings 787, 777 and 747. The final chapter, our A330 fleet, will be completed in November 2018.
On our Boeing 787, Boeing 777 and Boeing 747 aircraft, the seats can be transformed into a fully horizontal bed. They are among the longest seats in the air: full-flat 2.00-2.07 m long sleeper seats. Some of our Airbus A330 aircraft still have seats with a 175-degree recline, which means they are angled in sleep mode and not fully flat. These aircraft are being redesigned as we speak and will all have full-flat seats from November 2018.
Direct aisle access
On the Boeing 787, every seat in World Business Class has direct aisle access. The large windows let you look outside even if you don't have a window seat. The Airbus A330, Boeing 777 has a 2-2-2 seat configuration, so you either sit next to a window or an aisle. The Boeing 747 has a 2-2 configuration on both the lower and upper deck.
